Lately something has been bothering me. I seem to be getting more hairy my doctor told me this was normal for a middle aged seal tamer but I’m not so sure. To fight the ageing process I am going on a diet for the next two weeks (with regular blog updates) and I will start taking Susan Paul’s Radiescence internally. Goodbye for now.

Breakfast of Champions
What better way to start the morning then a pie. For the uninitiated here are two tips for spotting the best one.
1. Vegetables do not belong in a pie, don’t trust anyone who kills a perfectly happy vegetable. (Note chickens, cows, pigs and miscellaneous offal creatures are not happy creatures and enjoy a good mincing).
2. The yellower the pastry the greyer the meat.
Once you’ve mastered these tips just remember five plus a day keeps the doctor at bay.
